We currently deliver orders across India. Free shipping is available unless stated otherwise. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days (subject to courier reach)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your order status.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, appears tampered with, or has missing items:
- Take clear photos immediately upon receipt
- Email us at support@lavistry.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Our team will review the case and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy
