Cancellation Policy

At LAVISHA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and customer-focused.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

• Please mention your Order ID and the reason for cancellation to help us assist you quickly.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be able to return or exchange the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Prepaid Orders & Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation by LAVISHA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We reserve the right to cancel any order in situations including, but not limited to:

• Product being out of stock or discontinued
• Payment verification or processing issues
• Delivery not serviceable at your location
• Errors in pricing or technical glitches

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a complete refund if payment has already been made.
